Unlike EGM, however, EGM2 lacked a reviews section and had a greater emphasis on import games. Starting in August 1998, EGM2 became Expert Gamer (often abbreviated as XG). I remember the fake picture of a young asian kid playing SF2 portrayed as Sushi X printed in EGM. Can't seem to find the pic anywhere though.

Sushi X agreed wholeheartedly: "The previous NES Contras were god, but this game kicks !" He even called it the "best Game Boy game ever." The truth is, Sushi X wasn't wrong. EGM had reviewed a total of 45 Game Boy games between 1989 and 1991, and Operation C is the first to score an average of 9.
